Come experience what the San Diego Tantra community is buzzing about—a Tantra Puja! This is a safe way to connect to others in guided Tantric exercises. The space is sensual and nurturing. This is a station Puja, which means it’s a rotation event where you experience other participants at the event. Each rotation is a station that lasts 8-10 min. You will be giving and receiving throughout the evening. Stations might include things like soul gazing, massage, light touch, intimate conversation, mellow cuddling, guided movement and more! The intention is to hold sacred, safe space to explore and transform, and witness this in others the same as a group, while you build acceptance, trust and friendship in your community. All boundaries will be honored. We do not gear this towards gender balance, so singles are welcome and you may work with the same sex in a station.

Wear loose, comfortable clothes and bring a few pillows and blanket as you will be creating little nests. The event will last about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. This is a very active event with lots of movement, emotions and energy. Your health and wellness are needed to join.

Please let us know if you have any questions. Remember, you don't need to know Tantra to attend as you will be guided the whole time. The experience is best when there is no agenda, but rather a willingness to enjoy the evening with amazing people willing to savor more from life.
